Rgame11 is built specifically for Malaysian players — from language and currency to payment methods. We offer a full experience covering Live Casino, Sports Betting, jackpot slots, and table games, with 24/7 customer service in Bahasa Melayu.
Our Mission
Who We Are
If you're looking for an online betting platform that truly understands Malaysian players, rgame11 is the answer. Not just a claim — every design decision, every game selection, every payment method we offer was made with one thing in mind: delivering the best, most seamless and most secure experience possible for Malaysian players.
Rgame11 launched with a clear vision — to fill a real gap in the Malaysian market. Many local players were forced onto overseas platforms that didn't support Ringgit payments, offered no customer support in Bahasa Melayu, and had no understanding of local entertainment culture — such as the significance of badminton, the Malaysia Super League, or esports in everyday Malaysian life. rgame11 was built to change all of that.
Today, rgame11 is among the most actively used online casino and Sports Betting platforms by Malaysian players, from Peninsular Malaysia all the way to Sabah and Sarawak. Over 500,000 registered members — from casual players who enjoy a few spins on the slots after work, to serious players who follow every match involving Lee Zii Jia and the Aaron Chia/Wooi Yik pairing with great passion. The diversity of our membership reflects the diversity of Malaysia itself.
There are plenty of online casino platforms in Malaysia. But rgame11 has built its own identity around a few things we simply don't compromise on. First, all transactions are processed entirely in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) — no foreign currency conversion, no hidden fees from exchange rates. Your money is in MYR, your winnings are in MYR, your withdrawals are in MYR. It's that straightforward.
Second, the payment methods we support are the ones Malaysian players already use in their daily lives — Touch 'n Go eWallet that's in almost everyone's pocket, GrabPay familiar from everyday food purchases, DuitNow for instant transfers, and FPX internet banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks that Malaysians have long relied on. We don't ask players to sign up for unfamiliar foreign payment platforms.
Third, our content and game selection reflects the genuine interests of Malaysian players. Our Badminton section is among the most comprehensive on any platform — because we know that for Malaysians, badminton is more than a sport; it's a source of national pride. Every Lee Zii Jia match at the All England or Thomas Cup gets a full market at rgame11, from the early qualifying rounds to the final. The same goes for football — the Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League — all available for betting at competitive odds.
Rgame11 takes Responsible Gambling seriously. We provide account management tools that let every player set their own deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits. This isn't a backup feature — it's part of the core values we stand by. A good casino is one that genuinely cares about its players' financial and mental wellbeing, not just the bottom line.
Key Features
Every one of these features was built on real feedback from Malaysian players — not just technical specifications that sound impressive on paper.
Every cent that moves in and out of your rgame11 account is in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). No currency conversion that erodes your money's value. Deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — all in MYR, no exceptions.
Rgame11's Malay-speaking support team is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it's a technical issue, a transaction query or simply a question about a game — we're here for you anytime.
Rgame11 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions and personal data. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts. Player data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Rgame11 is built mobile-first — a responsive, fast interface that works on any smartphone with no extra app to install. Spin jackpot slots, follow live badminton matches or place Sports Betting wagers right from your phone.
The rgame11 VIP Rewards Programme delivers meaningful benefits for loyal members — higher betting limits, exclusive cashback, prioritised jackpot payouts, a dedicated personal account manager, and invitations to exclusive events. A different level of treatment for players who've earned it.
All slots and Live Casino games on rgame11 use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) that is regularly audited by independent third parties. Every game outcome is fully random, with no influence from our end.
Our Journey
Every major platform starts with a conviction. rgame11's journey is proof that when you stay focused on the real needs of local users, growth follows naturally.
Rgame11 was founded with one straightforward goal — to build an online casino platform genuinely designed for Malaysian players. The team started small, with a focus on Live Casino games and core Sports Betting.
Rgame11 was among the first platforms to fully integrate Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX — enabling instant deposits and withdrawals in MYR with no currency conversion hassle.
Recognising how much badminton means to Malaysian players, rgame11 launched a dedicated Badminton section with full BWF coverage — from the Malaysia Open to the Thomas Cup. Sports Betting was expanded to cover more than 20 different sports.
As a show of appreciation to loyal members, rgame11 has launched a tiered VIP Rewards programme with real benefits — exclusive cashback, higher betting limits and personalised service for Gold and Diamond members.
Rgame11 reached the milestone of 500,000 registered members and continued expanding its game catalogue, refining the mobile platform, and introducing new features including a Daily Jackpot guaranteed to hit every day.

More About rgame11
Ask any long-standing rgame11 member why they keep coming back, and the most common answer is: "because it feels like it was made for us." That's no coincidence. rgame11 was built from the ground up by listening to Malaysian players — not by copying an overseas platform and hoping it would fit.
Take a simple example: while most online casino platforms were still using USD as their base currency — costing players on every exchange — rgame11 operated entirely in MYR from the start. This isn't just a convenience; it's a matter of principle. Players deserve to know exactly how much they're wagering and how much they've won, without having to convert currencies or worry about unpredictable exchange rate fluctuations.
Rgame11 offers over 1,000 games spanning a truly diverse range of categories — Live Casino with real human dealers (baccarat, blackjack, roulette and more table games), progressive jackpot slots with prize pools worth millions in MYR, Sports Betting covering more than 20 sports including badminton, Malaysia Super League football, EPL, Champions League, Formula 1, e-sports and much more. Every game is carefully selected to ensure it delivers real value to players.
For Live Casino in particular, rgame11 partners with the world's leading live studio providers to ensure streaming quality, dealer professionalism, and game integrity are beyond question. You can watch every card dealt, every roulette wheel spin, every baccarat hand — all live from studios operating to premium casino standards.
Rgame11 is more than just a place to bet — it's a community of Malaysian players who share a passion for serious digital entertainment. Players exchange badminton betting tips in the forums, slots enthusiasts debate which jackpot slots are "overdue" for a hit, and seasoned baccarat players pass on advice to newcomers. This community is an asset rgame11 values and nurtures wholeheartedly.
The rgame11 VIP Rewards Programme is how we show appreciation to members who have been part of this journey with us. Not an empty VIP label — it's a tiered system with real, meaningful benefits that grow at every level. From higher cashback and wider betting limits, to faster withdrawal processing times and invitations to exclusive events — rgame11 believes player loyalty deserves to be taken seriously.
Rgame11's journey is far from over. We continue to invest in technology, in our game library, in our payment systems, and most importantly — in our customer support team, to ensure every player experience is the best we can deliver. Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you're a long-time member who's been with us from the start or a new player who just discovered rgame11 today — we're glad you're here.
