How to Earn Points

Points can be redeemed for a wide range of exciting rewards — from free game credits and bonus slot spins to direct cash withdrawals and exclusive rgame11 event tickets. The redemption process is simple and done entirely through your account panel, with no need to contact customer support.
Rgame11 VIP reward points never expire as long as your account remains active — meaning you can accumulate and redeem them whenever it suits you best.

About the VIP Programme
When it comes to online gambling loyalty programmes in Malaysia, many platforms offer much the same thing — points, tiers, bonuses. But the rgame11 VIP Rewards programme takes a slightly different approach. It is not just about rewarding those who wager the most; it also recognises the long-term loyalty and consistency of every member.
Since rgame11 launched for Malaysian users, feedback from VIP members has been overwhelmingly positive. Many note that the real difference kicks in once they hit Gold tier — with a personal account manager who understands their individual needs, faster withdrawal processing, and access to exclusive game tables unavailable to regular members.
One of the things that sets the rgame11 VIP Rewards programme apart from other platforms is that it was designed with local Malaysian players' habits and preferences in mind. For instance, cashback is calculated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited directly to your account without any manual claiming required. That means you never have to worry about forgetting to claim last week's cashback — the rgame11 system handles everything automatically.
On top of that, rgame11's VIP communication channels are fully supported in Bahasa Melayu. Gold and Diamond members can reach their dedicated VIP managers directly via WhatsApp in the language they're most comfortable with — no struggling with English or wasting time on ticket-based support systems. It's a genuine advantage that local players truly appreciate.
The rgame11 VIP programme does not discriminate by game type. Whether you prefer live baccarat, blackjack, jackpot slots, Malaysia Super League football betting, or badminton — all wager types count towards your VIP points calculation and tier progress. This ensures every ringgit you bet delivers equal value, regardless of your preferred game.
Accumulated rgame11 VIP reward points can be redeemed in several ways. The most popular option among members is a direct credit to their account balance — meaning points are converted to cash that can be used for betting or withdrawn. Points can also be redeemed for free spins on selected slots, or used to obtain entry tickets to exclusive rgame11 tournaments and competitions.
For Diamond members, physical gift redemptions are also available. rgame11 has partnered with selected partners to offer rewards such as electronic gadgets, shopping vouchers, and holiday packages — all redeemable by top-tier VIP members. Every gift is delivered directly to eligible members at no additional shipping cost throughout Peninsular Malaysia.
Redemption is handled through the rgame11 account panel — straightforward and easy to use. Simply go to "VIP Rewards", select the reward you want to redeem, confirm your points balance, and you're done. Credits are added to your account within seconds, while physical gifts are processed within 3–7 working days.
Rgame11 believes that member trust is its most valuable asset. As such, all details of the VIP Rewards programme — including point rates, tier-up requirements, cashback expiry dates, and redemption values — are clearly and transparently stated in the platform's Terms & Conditions. No hidden conditions, no sudden changes without prior notice to members.
Whenever changes or improvements are made to the VIP programme, rgame11 will notify all members via in-account notifications, email, and WhatsApp (for Gold and Diamond members). You'll never miss any important update that affects your rewards and privileges.
With a strong track record and thousands of active VIP members across Malaysia, the rgame11 VIP Rewards programme remains one of the best in the local online gaming industry. Join today and begin your VIP journey with the rgame11 Malaysia winners' community.
Every new rgame11 member automatically starts at Bronze VIP tier from day one. There are no minimum requirements — simply register, make a deposit, and start earning points.
